1. Service Agreement

By booking with Genuine Road Adventures, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our off-road adventure tours are conducted with professional guides and safety equipment in Colorado wilderness areas.

2. Booking and Payment

Tours must be booked in advance with a deposit. Full payment is required 48 hours before the tour date. Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance receive full refunds minus processing fees.

3. Safety Requirements

Participants must be physically capable of off-road travel. Age restrictions apply to certain tours. Medical conditions must be disclosed. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.

4. Weather and Conditions

Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions. Alternative dates will be offered, or full refunds provided if rescheduling isn't possible.

5. Liability

Participants engage in outdoor activities at their own risk. Comprehensive liability waivers are required. We maintain professional insurance but encourage personal travel insurance.

6. Equipment and Property

All equipment remains property of Genuine Road Adventures. Damage to equipment due to negligence may result in repair charges. Personal belongings are participant's responsibility.

7. Photography

Photos taken during tours may be used for marketing purposes unless participants opt out. We respect privacy and obtain consent for identifiable images.
